As the new year begins, everyone is feeling energized and motivated to crush their goals. While this time can be used to set the tone for the rest of the year, many people tend to fall off the wagon after a few months when they don’t see the immediate transformation or results. In today’s episode, host May Yeo Silvers discusses how to stay on course and achieve your goals in 2022.
When it comes to setting goals for the new year, it is important to spend time vision casting. Understanding how you would feel if you succeeded or failed allows for you to ignite emotion within yourself; and according to May, our emotions are what drives our actions. In addition, it is equally important to celebrate any action you take towards accomplishing your goals. When we feel inspired by ourselves, we not only feel more confident, but we also begin to take bigger actions towards achieving what we desire.
